Mirena inbedded in my left lateral pelvic wall.

I had a mirena coil inserted in 2005. It never agreeded with me. So went to have it removed. Only to discover it had left the uterus unbeknown to me and is at present embedded in the muscles of my lower abdomine. Cannot be more more specific as it moves allot. I really need to know what are the long term implications of leaving it alone. Am due for a surgical consult in a few weeks. Have had two failed surgical attempts to remove it. My surgen was an and had decided to leave it there with out my consent. Long story.
