could someone please tell me what this is mia or could be mai bacteria and what the symthoms are

What points you to MAI? This is a bacterial infection common among those with AIDS.

This link refers to Mycobacterium avium Complex which in essence is Mycobacterium avium complex (comprising M. avium and M.intracellulare).

Rick is correct in that this is a bacterial infection common among people with HIV/AIDS, or immunocompromised patients.
