Low monocyte count and PDW along with high Eosinophyl count

Low monocyte count and PDW along with high Eosinophyl count

I am a 23 year old male. I just got a haemogram done some days ago and there are some abnormalities in my report. I am mentioning the abnormalities below:

Haemoglobin 13.2 gm%

WBC COUNT:

monocyte count 0.5 / cmm

DIFFERENTIAL COUNT:

Eosinophil 5%
Monocytes 1%

PLATELETS INDICES:

PDW 9.8 fL

What do these numbers mean?? Please advice as i am very worried about this condition. I am attaching a PDF copy of my report here. Please go through it and advice.
