hello, i have a question about my penis, i have little white dots u cant beryl see on the penis head that wont go away.... i don't have sex allot I usually masturbate everyday... and when i do, i do it hard and sometimes i scratch ma skin and sometimes i get hurt where the skin is red and wet.... i do have some bumps on ma penis, they are not white and they don't hurt me.... they look like skin and is just a little skin bump.... i was wondering is it because i masturbate allot or i got something that is series.... i also have little white dots on each site on ma mouth... u cant beryl see them unless u look closer, i got those one winter where it was really cold and they wont go away and i dont brush ma teath every day, they don't hurt me i have no pain... please let me know what this means....

You're fine, it's not because you masturbate a lot either, they could be penile papules, which are little white bumps,(usually located in the head on the penis), and are very common in men, they usually don't hurt, and are things that are just there, you're fine!!
