little bump

i have a little bump on my scrotum, just one. it does not itch or burn but stings a little when i squeeze it..what could it be.

I agree, without us being able to see it, we cannot give you an answer. Just go to the Health Department or health clinic if you don't have insurance or make a quick appointment with a doctor.
