    Itchy skin all over.
Please help. I have itchy skin all over my body. I have no rash or any inflammation. The only marks on my skin are where I have scratched. I have a good diet and only drink very occasionally, I'm 26 and relatively healthy, I suffer from migrains but apart frm that I'm fine. It's been going on for a couple of weeks and is driving me mad, I have scratch marks everywhere.
    Please help.
    p.s I am not pregenant x

I have constantly itchy skin as well! I went to the doctor only for them to tell me that more than likely I was allergic to my laundry detergent, body wash, or body lotion, but they couldn't tell me which I was allergic to... Since then I have changed all of these products, but I still have itchy skin. I have had to keep acrylic on my finger nails for 9 months so that I do not break the surface of my skin and bleed whenever I start scratching. It sucks! Sorry I can't give you any answers, but believe me, I know what you're going through!

Well I work at a complimentary therapies clinic and the herbalist mixed me up a cream with camomile and chickweed so I'll let you know how I get on. Read somewhere on Google that it could be a symptom of anemia so I might take a trip to the docs xxx

Oh, please do! I was looking at my legs earlier today - which is where I scratch the most, and I have bruises all over my thighs from scratching so hard. Maybe I should take another trip to the doctor as well..

    Hi jodie,

Are you feeling a bit stressed lately, letting people or things wined you up, this will sometimes start a chain reaction for scratching.

Try taking an antihistamine, just in case it is an allergy.Could be anything at all, right down to the dirt or dust in the air, take it for at least a month, this will give it a chance to biuld up in the system before you'll know if it has had any effect.
