I have just currently broken my shoulder, About a week and a half ago and I would like to know how long it will take to heal completely I got a operation and wires wrapped round my arm. Will this also effect my recovery time?

Your doctor is the best person to ask. He/she knows your medical history, knows the injury, and should be able to give you an approximate time for healing. There's no way to give an exact time, since every injury is different, and every persons healing capacity is different.

Older people heal slower.

And you may not ever completely recover, there is always a possible pain, or soreness when it rains and so on.
