I think that having low self-esteem can bring on some stress if part of the reason for having low self-esteem is because a person might feel as though they're not living up as much as they think they should be to the expectations of others.
Can you list some things here that you can definitely identify that you're stressed about, please?
As has already been mentioned, getting regular exercise is a good thing that's very necessary!
