From yesterday afternoon to today, I've been feeling very nauseated.
I have a pretty high fever, and I get extremely cold most of the time.
I can't really eat anything, except maybe fruit but I'm not sure. And I can barely walk, or even move, without feeling discomfort.
What can I do to get rid of nausea? I heard that drinking coke can help is this true?
Also, is it better to encourage vomiting? I have to go out tomorrow near 2, and really hope to get better by then...Is there any way I can do this?

I'm sorry it took so long for me to answer your question.

With a fever and vomiting you should be seen by your health care provider so as to rule out infection.

Sipping flat coke can work, or flat 7-up. Refrain from fruit as it is acidic and can cause nausea. Try bread, crackers.

If you are over 16, try some pepto bismol, but please get seen by a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
