Headaches due to bad eyes

I'm 14,never got my period yet. I get headaches everyday, I told my doctor she told em cause I have bad eye sight. I take Equate aspirin everyday (just 2) and I don't have a ulcer cause I don't feel in pain when I eat, but lately I get a sharp pain behind my belly button(every once in a while) and my abdomen is hurting me right now, and its that whole abdomen area that hurts me a lot. I'm not sure if its my abdomen but its around that area. It don't hurt when I eat, it just hurts in general. I told my parents they don't seem to want to take me to the doctor cause money. Any advice what it may be?! Thanks.

Bad eye sight ? So have you went to see about glasses , or if you have glasses are you wearing them.

Just because you don't have issue eating does not mean you don't have ulcers, they cause trouble in many ways that is not easy to see until they get so bad you may have bleeding.

after eating first stomach pain and vomite with lot of phlegm come out.i am female 30 years old.
