    I have a pain in my left arm it comes and goes
    I am a 53 year old woman and been having pain that is sharp then goes away it been coming and going last 30 minutes.

    Yes, you should be concerned. Heart attacks in women can present with differing symptoms than the norm.

    Do you have any health conditions? Take medications?

    You posted such little information it's impossible to advise.
