I had sudden case of double vision and difficulty walking that lasted several minutes

I experience double vision when I turn my head left. Is a remedy available

Yesterday I was riding in a vehicle and all of a sudden a started seeing double. This lasted for about 45 seconds. I had no other systems. What would have caused this?

Came home from work "Harley" could not see a thing.
