Gettin Hives Everyday

For the last month after Im up for about 2 hours I break out in hives. I have also noticed when I get hot or scratch if I itch I break out with them. They are driving me crazy. Can anyone help me. I havent changed any cleaning products or havent eaten anything different. Thank You, Jeanne

My husband has that exact same problem, but usually later in the day or before he goes to bed. He takes Zyrtec whenever he gets them and it goes away. We don't know why it's happening either. He said Benedryl (sp?) works too, but it made him too groggy unless he didn't have to take it until just before bed.
