What is causing my fingertip pain?

It could be neuropathy due to various reasons such as poor circulation, diabetes.... Or overuse of fingers(handcrafts like knitting sewing and so on).

I have diabetic neuropathy in my fingers and typing helps me keep my fingers mobile and my hands attractive for my age.
