I am not a medical expert-
But is there any chance that you sit by a computer or work in a very stressful environment?

You have to describe the pain. Is it a muscle soreness, joints, etc?

Your doctor...did he actually check out the pain to see if you had sort of nerve damage, pulled muscle, etc. before he gave you medication...or did he just tell you to take pain meds?

And why can't you take pain meds?

Do you have poor posture? Gall bladder disease? Are you totally out of shape?

I would suggest not to take any pain meds, instead, to plan for daily activity such as walking, and cycling....plan to get into shape. Get a couple of new hobbies to enjoy.

Good Luck to you,
