Hi, I have been feeling discomfort in my vagina. It feels like I have a tampon stuck inside, but I've only used a tampon once and that was a year ago. It hurts when I sit down and it feels very uncomfortable when I am walking. Today, I noticed some small white tissue coming out when I was cleaning myself, and it feels like something is swollen inside my vagina. I am 17 years old and I am a virgin.
Would greatly appreciate it if any suggestions
