Can't Sleep

Hello Everyone,

Firstly I have a neighbour in her forties, who can't sleep at night for more than a few hours, no matter how tired she is.

Also.....I suffer with fatigue, a common sympton of brain injury. Over the past 6 years I have made slight improvements. are there any strategies which other survivors of brain injury can recommend please?

Many Thanks & God Bless!!

Alex Laing
