bump behind the left ear
I have a hard bump behind my left ear that feels like bone. I dont have it behind my right ear. It's really sore if i touch it.. what could this be?

Have you actually seen the bump? I don't want to gross you out or anything but behind the ear is one of the favorite places for ticks to latch on to people.

Have someone look at it for you if you haven't looked at it yourself. Other than that, I dunno.

It could be a sebaceous cyst. That is nothing more than an oil collection below the skin surface, and yes, they harden.

Since it is sore you should have it checked out by your doctor.
