bug spider bite with ring around it?

My 2 year old has bout 8 bites on his neck and shoulders top part of his back area, and some on his legs, and a few on his arms. This was 2 days ago. Now one bite on his shoulder has a ring around it? I have a picture of it. Can someone please help me???

midht be a tick bight. i would suggest you get checked for lyme

Ring around it? Could be ringworm.
