You may be allergic to wheat foods. You should contact your doctor and ask about food testing.

A sensitivity to wheat and wheat based products could be a sign of Celiac Disease - which is highly treatable with diet changes. You definitely should see your doctor and explain your symptoms and ask to be tested. You can either be tested via a blood sample or biopsy. You doctor will decide which one to do. He/she may refer you to a specialist - a gastroenterologist.

Here is one site that explains Celiac Disease - once you read through it, you may be able to identify with some of the symptoms and can ask your doctor about this.

Good luck in finding out what is going on.

If the bloating goes down a short while later it could just be that wheat products bulk you out, it can happen. If you have discomfort, or it lasts for more than a couple of hours, see your dr.
