I sometimes have little red dots on my legs and stomach. There is always a lot more of them after I get out of the shower. I sometimes find them on my arms scattered around. I have also felt really tired recently and sometimes feel nauseous. I have had headaches continually over the last month maybe longer. Also on my arms and legs my veins are really noticeable. They really stick out. My mom says it's because my skin is still pale. I haven't
gotten a tan yet, but I have compared my arms to other people I know and none are as noticeable as mine. Please if you have any ideas of what is wrong with me let me know.

Could be an allergy, possibly a soap allergy as you do tend to notice these dots more after a shower. Could also be a skin irritation, like heat rash. I would contact your doctor, no one can give you an accurate diagnosis over the internet, all of our answers would be guesses at best, and that isn't going to help you in the long run.
