bad health

I've just been told by the doctor I could have fibromyalgia as I have all the symtoms. Have had heaps of tests over the last 12 months and this is the only conclusion he has reached. The doctor said there is nothing that can be done but there must be something out there that will help as sometimes, more often than not, I have trouble walking and even getting out of bed. Can anyone help with this problem I would be so grateful. Thanks

There's no one test for fibro; it's a process of elimination, so if nothing else fits, it must be fibro.

Improving your nutrition, monitoring vitamin intake -- B-complex especially -- doing regular exercise (no matter how insignificant it seems and how tired you are) -- e.g., leg lifts five times a day with even just two or three at a time if that's all you can manage -- and working with a chiropractor or Reike practitioner who deals with fibro.
