7mm Lesion on Liver?

7mm Lesion on Liver?

I'm a 29 year old woman who had an abdominal CT scan that showed "small 7mm low attenuation lesion seen involving the right hepatic lobe adjacent to IVC" Impression: Fatty Liver.

My doctor says it is liver disease. Does anyone know anything about this?
