Motor which runs in discrete movement called steps.it does not rotates continuously as other mmotors does.the stepper motor is a special type of synchronous controller.which is designed to rotate through a specific number of degrees for each electrical pulses received by its controller.

    Dear sir,

First, align mechanical zero to electrical zero/electronic zero setting and fit it, it will become all right.

Secondly, after alignment to mechanical zero check the current in the motor. The current must be zero.
