What's a base in math? i tried searching about it in the internet but i guess my pc so busy to work.So i decided to ask here maybe someone would answer my question

Strictly speaking, "base" refers to the power of each successive place value in any particular number system. Ordinary everyday numbers are base-10. Computers, on the other hand, operate on a base-2 system. Compliers are often bases that are powers of 2, base-8 and base-16 being the most popular.
