How many cubic centimeters in an ounce?

Depends on the density of the material.

If you're talking about water (since the specific gravity is 1.0), Then one cubic centimeter is a gram.

One gram is 0.03527396 ounces.

Galactus, of what? :/

Once once of water is 28.3495231 cubic centimeters.

You need to qualify it as every material has a different density, there's no sweeping conversion.

We always use "fluid ounce" to denote the volume over here in the UK
So I assumed he meant the mass. didn't even cross my mind.
