basically, a prime number is a number that can't be multiplied by anything but 1 and itself.
EXAMPLE:
2 is a prime number... 1X2=2 ... what else can be multiplied together to get 2? nothing.
Same with 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29...and so on... |
