    physic homework!
Two metal electrodes of size 2.0 cm \times 2.0 cm are spaced 1.0 mm apart and connected by wires to the terminals of a 9.0 {\rm V} battery.

A- What is the charge on each electrode?
Express your answer using two significant figures. Answer Q1= pC.

B- What is the potential difference between electrodes?
Express your answer using two significant figures. Answer Delta V1= V

C- The wires are disconnected, and insulated handles are used to pull the plates apart to a new spacing of 2.0 mm.
What is the charge on each electrode?
Express your answer using two significant figures. Answer Qf= pC

D- What is the potential difference between electrodes?
Express your answer using two significant figures. Answer Delta Vf= V

    Physic homework!!
Two 2.20 cm-diameter disks are placed parallel to each other a distance 1.80 mm apart to form a capacitor. The electric field between the disks is 5.20×105 V/m. (Assume the field between the disks is constant.)

A- What is the voltage (electric potential difference) between the two plates of the capacitor? Answer in V,

B- How much charge is on each disk? Answer in C.

C- electron is launched from the negative plate. It strikes the positive plate at a speed of 2.20×107 m/s. What was the electron's speed as it left the negative plate? Answer in m/s,

    physic homework!!
    A 14.0 {\rm nC} charge is held stationary at x = 0{\rm cm} and a -1.4 {\rm nC} charge is held stationary at 6 {\rm cm}.
At what point or points on the x-axis is the total electric potential due to the two charges equal to zero? (As is standard, the potential is defined by setting V = 0 at infinity.)

Express your answer using two significant figures. If there is more than one answer, give each answer separated by a comma.p

    Physic homework!
Two stationary positive point charges, charge 1 of magnitude 3.15 nC and charge 2 of magnitude 1.70 nC, are separated by a distance of 52.0 cm. An electron is released from rest at the point midway between the two charges, and it moves along the line connecting the two charges.
What is the speed v_final of the electron when it is 10.0 cm from charge 1?
Express your answer in meters per second.
