interval estimation

I'm having a hard time with this problem

they only tell me the sample #= 60
N=60
X=?
Sigma=?
standard deviation=?

they want me to find the a point estimate of the mean hourly pay rate for the population of production workers?

they want to know the standard deviation?

they want to know the 95% confidence interval....

I know how to work these problems out because I did the rest of my homework problems
but this problem doesn't tell me all the info I need to know to figure out the problem.....
