determining equations of quadratic functions

Find the vertex, the y-intercept and the x-intercept(s).

1. y= -3x^2-3x
2. y= 2x^2-6x+3

The vertex can be found by using

For the y-intercept, set x=0

For the x-intercept, set y=0 and solve the quadratic by factoring, quadratic formula, completing the square, whatever.
