    By example:

    0.1 = 1/10, 0.01 = 1/100, 0.001 = 1/1000, 0.0001 = 1/10000
    so 0.1204 = 1204/10000

    so if you had 1.1204, the integer part is 1 and the fractional part is 1204/10000, but the fractional part needs to be simplified. That's an exercise.

    The answer is 1 1204/10000 unsimplified. Read as 1 and 1204 ten-thousants
