    Look, here.1 mole of CO burns to give 67.6 kcal.

    Find the number of moles of CO contained in 14g of CO. That done, by simple proportions, you can have the energy you are asked for.

    For example, if you were given two moles of CO, you'd have 67.6*2 kcal.
