Backflip

Hi,
Here is a link:

http://www.blender.com/guide/articles.aspx?id=1763

It's only one that I found on Google.com. But, it explains how to.
Best of luck.

ANother way I used to practice my flips, at a pool.
It may seem weird, but trust me it's safe to be able to practice your flips and have a really good time also.
What I did was started on the diving board and once I was able to perform the flip that high up, I started off the edge of the pool.
