Will my husband come back?

My husband walked out on me and our 2 kids 2 weeks ago. He left us with no money. In a week he shut down the bank account, changed address, and filed for a sep. He is living with his aunt. Do you think he will come back?

Its not likely and you need to face reality. If he filed for separation then that means he's not coming back. The only thing is to talk to him and see what is going on.

I don't know what he will do. I do know that you need to get a lawyer, file for child support (if you are a stay-at-home mother or make considerably less than he does, possibly spousal support, too) and make sure you and the children are taken care of.

Was it really that abrupt or has anything happened or been going on to cause him to act like this?

Don't just sit there wondering about what he will do. Get some help from emergency services in your state or county, and see about getting a lawyer. Do you have family that can help you for a while? You better call them!

Do you have any idea at all as to his reasons for walking out on you and his children?

Why was this so sudden? Is he coming back could depend on the build up to this. Have you not been getting along? Is there another woman? Did he just decide to leave and have no reasons? Have you had discussions on splitting ever? Has he been acting out of character?
