You first need to call the clerk of court and ask what the requirements are in your state. For example, some states require a blood test done and some do not. So ask what you need to do to fulfill any of your state's requirements. Apply for your license at the clerk of courts and then you can make a time to be married in front of the Judge or Justice of the Peace or you can use the license to have a private ceremony with your minister. Whoever you decide to marry you, bring two witnesses.

Good luck to you.
