You need a marriage license and two witnesses. To get a marriage license, you go to the courthouse and fill out the application. If either you or your fiance have been married before, you need to provide the divorce papers. After you get the marriage license, you will need to contact the court to set a time when the Judge can marry you two.

If there are any other state requirements, you will find that out when you make your lilcense application - for example, here a blood test used to be required for iisuing a marriage license. Anything you specifically need, the clerk of court can tell you.

Best to you and your fiance.
