    Underage marriage
    i am 17 years of age and i need a notarized parental consent to get married in arizona.
    what is a notarized parental consent?
    how do i get one?
    and do i need my parent present.

    Yes! What that is is your and your parents need to go to a lawyer/registered notary and fill out a paper with them as a witness and get the notary to notarize it. You will not be able to do it without parental consent.
