    How old do you have to be to get married in a court house in Missouri
    Just a question I am just wondering. We were discussing this in one of my classes today. Please tell me what you know.

    18. Doesn't seem to matter if the wedding is in a court house, church, or any place else you can think of.

    I'm curious what the discussion in class could have been. Care to share?

    Most, if not all u.s. states, require you to be 18 to be married without parental consent.
