When I was 7 years old I was raped several times by my great uncle. I have gotten help for it but now when I am intimate with my husband I get flash backs and I have panic attacks. It has gotten to a point where my husband can't even touch me. It has been several months since we have been intimate and I am feeling guilty for not providing for me husbands needs. How can I get rid of these feelings.

I am so sorry to hear that. And I feel for you greatly. Have you been open with your husband? I don't know to much about you. so I need to ask. I have a few family members in my family that I had to look after because of similar situations. From my understanding. The matters that took place that makes people remember will never leave but comfort is the key. Talking to some one being your husband or councillor showed help. I find it hard talking to my wife about my past but I learned that honesty goes a long way. I hope it works for you. I am not hear to steep on anyone's toes but I feel your pain. I am only making recommendations on situations that I have experience. I hope I was a help and if not I am sure some one with the right experience or expertise will help you out.
