Marrying a Canadian.

Hello,
i'd like to know if anyone has any expertise on how do I come about this situation... I am an American, going into the armed forces with the Us Navy. I have a fiance that she's from Canada... How can I have her with me here in the Us permanetly? because when I ship out I want her waiting for mr at base... We also have a K-1 in process..
