Yes, which Cook County, Illinois, California, Texas.

There are Cook Counties in many states.

But normally you will need an ID, your divorce papers if previous married, blood test and the fee they charge.

But you can merely call the court clerk in that county and ask them what they require. Normally both parties will have to go in person to get the license.

The above is just the "general" things everyone needs in most states.
