Upset husband

After 14yrs and 3 kids my wife left me. with in 2 weeks she was having sex with her former boss. I feel the bond was there way before she left me. My wife having sex after she left me in that short time "is that still seen as cheating?"

If you are not divorced yet, then yes, it can be seen as being grounds for a divorce. What are you wanting to do, please?

Yes, it is still adultery. You may well be right that there was this bond between her and her boss before she left you. It would make sense. Does your state recognize adultery as a reason for a divorce? Some states are no fault. Either way, get an attorney and go forward. Good luck.

I would guessing that she was sleeping with this person before she left you.

And I agree, since you are still married this is cheating.

Do you have the kids or does she?

I am sorry but does it really matter at this point?? ** unless you live in one of those states that still requier cause for divorce**

At this point, you hire an attorney, file for divorce and custody of the children if you want the children.

I have been there and I am very sorry that this happened to you. We do not have all the information but the fact that she has had sex with another man is devastating.

There are many reasons to divorce, but sex outside the marriage is crossing the line. Now that most precious bond has been broken and from experience I can tell you that no matter what you try, there is no going back. It won't work or be the same ever again. I took my ex-wife back many times--I tried, she pretended. I had proof and I was very fortunate, I got both of my children.

Yes, my advice is go get an attorney and start divorce proceedings.

I am curious how exactly did you find out "for sure" that she had sex with her boss?

Good luck and I would try to get the children.

Jesushelper76 agrees: Speaking from experiance. I am sorry you have gone through this as well. Divorce is necessary in this situation.
