Look in the blue pages of the phone book under county court houses and call the marriage license department. They can answer all your questions.

your marriage license will cost around 26-30$ depending on what county. You just go to the courthouse and get a marriage license, tell them you want the judge to marry you, and they will find whoever is available. You may need to call and see when the best time is/schedule a time depending on your county..just call your local county clerks office...they will help.
