How to cope with absent husband?
I miss my husband so much, I need him lot, I am not sure when I am going to see him again, but I do talk with him on the phone, what is good, but still, I miss him a lot and I think the babies too, what can I do not to feel so depressed?

Focus on your babies and taking care of your babies. At the same time encourage his memory with the babies. Do you have friends that you could join with other children. Having time all together? Keeping busy is important and what is important right now is to focus on your children.

I feel family and friends are a good form of practical and emotional support. Try to get involved with other mothers in your situation its good to talk. Ever thought of voluntary work or working in the community it might help you feel better helping others. Finally try to get some me time its always good to pamper!

Do what you enjoy and fill your time with things you like to do. Enjoying the time with you, and your babies will help pass the time and volunteer work or a part time job will keep you busy.
