My husband and I met when he was 15 and I was 18. When we had been together for 11 months, I found out he was cheatIng on me on the same day I found out I was pregnant wIth our oldest chIld. We decIded to make It work untIl 5 years later, one day he came home from work and Informed he was movIng 11 hours away and not comIng back accusIng me of cheatIng, whIch I wasn't.

By thIs tIme we had 3 daughters he was gone for a month and a half and asked me to come get hIm and brIng hIm back home he saId he dIdn't cheat on me but my trust was gone from the fIrst tIme. A year later I got pregnant wIth our last chIld and she Is 4 now. I went back to work at a fast food place and work nIght shIft most of the tIme goIng In at 4 and gettIng home at 2 am. He gets home at 6 pm so there are many nIghts we don't even see each other.

Now he's InsIstIng I'm sleepIng wIth my co worker, and I'm not. Last nIght he started threatenIng hIm on Facebook and told me he was goIng to come start a fIght and my work place wIth hIm. He deleted all my emaIl accounts and Facebook and told me he wants me to move out we have been together for almost 16 years and he keeps accusIng me of cheatIng. I don't know what to do to convInce hIm I haven't done anythIng wrong. I would never cheat on hIm and I want to work thIngs out sInce we have 4 kIds together, but don't know if it's worth the stress he Is puttIng me through.

What can I do to convInce hIm I haven't done anythIng?

You won't be able to convince him. Cheaters often accuse their partner or spouse of cheating. That way, they feel better about themselves. It's the same with bullies who put down someone else so they can elevate themselves and feel good.

(Haven't you been a bit busy raising kids to have time to cheat?)

You don't convince the fool of anything. You tell him if anyone leaves it will be him, and put up with no more of his foolishness. Besides cheating, and leaving, now he wants you gone? And concocts this BS about you cheating? Haven't you had enough of catering to this idiot you are married to and should be mad enough to say ENOUGH, IS ENOUGH!

Stand up to this bully, and his BS! Defend yourself, and your children, and stop acting like his emotional punching bag.

With his history I would suspect he's accusing you of what he's doing.

Yes, I'd stand up to him - and I'd do it on my hind legs with my claws out.
