Getting married to an illegal immagrant

I want to marry my boyfriend but we just found out that he is not a us citizen. His mother brought him here when he was 8 years old on a visitors visa but never renuded it and he has been in the united states since then. He has gone to school he even graduated high school and has stayed out of trouble with the law. We want to get married but we don't know what we. Red to do to go about getting married. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You go to the court house, get a marriage license and get married ??

Now the issue is, they will have to get their citizenship to stay in the US and not risk getting deported. So he needs to hire a immigration attorney
