technology marketing

Hi, I work for a technology company and have been asked to work with our OEM and distribution partners to develop a marketing plan.

does anyone know what good ways are of working with OEM partners to collectively generate leads?

What if the OEM partner doesn't really want help but your boss wants you to come up with a unique way to generate leads together?
