Need example letter to introduce ski package at a motel
I am trying to come up with a letter to send to ski teams and clubs to introduce our ski packages we offer at my motel. I am having the hardest time. I am looking for sample letters specifically for my needs.

Not entirely knowing what you sell, I know you say ski packages but shouldn't you be hiring a marketing company to come up with ideas ? I have done marketing, but only when I know specifics of the organization and product. You can't expect us to do you an introduction letter ad hoc to introduce your service.
Where is the ski club, what state do you live in, what kind of group do you target; do you sell packages in Canada, Europe, etc?
You should be able to do your own marketing, knowing your product/service better then anyone else, let alone stangers.
Hire a marketing company.

On second thought, why are you selling out of a motel; don't you have an office ?

I guess I wasn't specific enough. I am on a strict budget so I can not hire a marketing manager. I just want a simple letter to send out to ski clubs telling them that our motel now offers ski packages which includes motel accommodations, breakfast and lift tickets to our ski mountain in the WEST. We also offer a free shuttle to and from the ski hills and airport.
I was under the assumption that this website helped with ideas. I guess I was wrong. Opps.

Do this. Write a sample letter (leaving out personal and specific information that would identify the motel and you), post it, and we will tweak it.
Keep it short, maybe three paragraphs and just hit the high spots. Will there be coupons or gift certificates available? Special prices for certain days or weekends? Special deals for children?
We are glad to help, but we don't know a thing about what you have to offer.

Here's a promo letter for a health spa --
[Date]
[Addressee]
Dear [Name]:
[Name of spa] invites you to a free visit at our health spa in
Order that you may witness our beautiful facility for physical
Fitness.
You may avail yourself of our famous herbal body wrap, join
Our exercise classes, take a sauna, sample our swimming
Pool and hot tub, bathe in our mineral baths and work out in
Our gym. Since that alone would require one day, I haven't
Even mentioned our tennis and racquetball courts.
We are very proud of our facilities and would love to show
Them off to you. Please take advantage of our offer by
Stopping in and bringing this letter with you.
We do hope you will come.
Very truly yours,

Melby, your assumption is right, we do help a lot of people, and especially if we think or know they are doing research themselves, too. If you are on the net then there are many research options to access as wondergirl did for you. I always had great satisfaction digging and researching if I wanted to find out something. That is why I enjoy this forum; I can satisfy my curiosity and search to my hearts content to answer a question.
I am always surprised by someone who knows the english language well asking for a form letter for a purpose such as yours; I am not surprised by someone NOT knowing the english language well.

As a P.S. to tickle's response, you won't find sample letters specific for ski packages from a motel. That's why they are called SAMPLE letters. You have to find one or two close to what you want and then adapt to fit the details of your business.
Googling with various keyword combinations produced the sites I posted. It was a quick and easy search with a few keywords from your original question.

Best Western that isn't a motel
[ 1 Answers ]
I've watched Blazing Saddle a ton of times. I'm not going to apologize for still thinking it's funny.
But a friend of mine suggested a movie that he said has the best shoot-out he's ever seen: Open Range
I agree. What's your favorite western?
Intermittent, Trane, motel-style, A/C
[ 2 Answers ]
I have a "motel" style A/C unit and it is running intermittently. The fan usually works but often when I turn it to cool, or heat, nothing happens at all. One repairman said it is "shot" but others have said since the compressor is still working good when it comes on, that it is salavageable. ...
Doesn't maintain contact but want to go to motel
[ 12 Answers ]
Now this is very strange... My boyfriend of 4 months with whom I broke merely because of his hot and cold attitude, comes around again and wants to meet me at the motel and says wants to spend some time together. Now I am wondering someone who is not contacting me that much, doesn't text me often...
