| | | First Kiss I was reviewing a question from a young teen, and it was all about her first kiss.
How about you all, do you all remember your first kiss, from the boyfriend or girlfriend.
I can remember mine like it was yesterday. and it has been a couple years short of 40 years. I can still close my eyes and remember her face, and the fact she was so much sorter than me, she was standing on the step.
I guess part of the sad thing is that of course both moving on, one can never really talk to the other one or really anyone ( expect here where only millions will read it)
But do anyone else sometimes allow their mind to wonder back to times like this and just smile.
does anyone want to share a memory of that special time. Or do some of you not even remember it? | | | | | | |

| My first kiss was when I was 7 years old. I am glad that you started a thread about it. |

| first kiss...was forced upon me. I was in 5th grade, in Forest Park Elementary in FL...it was the last day of classes, and 3pm...bell rang, so I was saying goodbye to everyone when I turned around and this girl planted one on me. Her name was Amy...something. Amy, if you're reading this...
...it was a wet one. |

| First kiss.... amazing and altogether horrifying... all in one fell swoop...
Let me set the stage...
We were watching the original Cheaper By the Dozen. I was 15. He was the most popular guy in school (odd... wonder why we were watching Cheaper by the Dozen... lol...) and I was the luckiest girl in the world to be in the same room with him. Our parents got together for dinner and we ended up in the basement rec room... *sigh*
Anyways... he leaned in... perfection. Yes, it was a wet one, too. Lol...
Everything was all fluffy and floaty... THEN... the door opened...
In walked his mother...
Talk about embarassing... But wow.... worth it! And repeated. Quite a bit.
Wonder what Jack is doing these days... |

| Okay, I claimed not to remember, but I do.
I was twelve, the boy was 15, we went to the same school. One day after school, as I was waiting for the bus, he came up to me and asked if he could wait with me. I said sure. Silence, awkwardness, talk about the weather, and then, as the bus rounded the corner he leaned in and kissed me, really wet and a bit alarming, he's lucky he left with tongue intact.
I almost didn't get on the bus, I was dazed and confused and slightly happy. We never did date, I wasn't allowed to, but we did kiss a few more times after that. I don't really miss him but I can't forget him either. |
