Do I have dyslexia?

Okay so I just turned 12 on April 8 2012 I am in grade 6
And my friend told me today , April 10 2012
That she thinks I have dyslexia , many people have told me that for like ever but I began to worry because I barly past test
My dad has a problem with his learning An he is not the I only one In my family who does
When I read something my brain makes it not make sence
I can't remember anything for long mostly not numbers
I some times mistake words and letters for other words and letters
I have to read super slow or else I don't understand it
After reading a book Or anything I ferget all what it was about
And more...
Please please
Tell me if I have dyslexia
If I do what should I do? I'm scared

Also to add on to this I can not say alot of words right.

Is there a teacher you like a lot and trust? Talk to him or her about this. The teacher will know how you can be tested and how you can get help if there is a learning problem--and even if there isn't a definite problem. Assigning a tutor to you might be a big help.

Don't be scared. You are smart to tackle this and to do something about it while you are young. You have my best wishes, and please report back once you find out something.
